This Privacy Policy describes how Tiburon Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Tiburon," "we," "us") collects, uses and discloses personal information in connection with tiburonlabs.ai, the Tiburon platform and the Tiburon Crew Line (together, the "Services").
Tiburon provides the Services to businesses ("Customers") for use by their personnel. When we process personal information on behalf of a Customer, we do so under that Customer's instructions and our agreement with it. Questions about a Customer's own practices should be directed to that Customer.
Account information that Customers provide for their personnel, including name, work email address, role and, for the Crew Line, mobile number. Content that Customers upload or record, including job documents, drawings, specifications and recordings of work. Questions submitted through the Services and the responses we return. Technical information generated through use of the Services, including device type, browser, IP address and service logs.
We use personal information to provide, maintain and secure the Services; to answer questions from a Customer's own documents; to diagnose and correct problems; to communicate with Customers about their accounts; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you use the Crew Line, we use your mobile number and messages only to reply to your questions and to maintain records required to operate the program, including records of your consent and any opt-out. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information is disclosed to the carriers and service providers that transmit messages only to the extent needed to deliver them. The Crew Line Terms describe the program in full.
We disclose personal information only to the Customer that provides your access; to service providers that host, store or transmit information on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations; to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy; and where required by law or legal process.
We use cookies that are necessary to sign in and to keep sessions secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
We retain personal information for as long as the Customer's account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter delete or de-identify it unless a longer retention period is required by law.
We protect information with administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit, access limited to authorized personnel and the Customer's own organization, and signed, expiring links for documents sent by text. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Requests may be sent to info@tiburonlabs.ai or to your employer's Tiburon administrator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may stop receiving Crew Line messages at any time by replying STOP.
The Services are intended for professional use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date.
