Effective October 9, 2026
These terms govern the Tiburon Crew Line (the "Program"), a text messaging service operated by Tiburon Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Tiburon," "we," "us"). By sending a text message to the Program number, you agree to these terms.
The Program allows field technicians employed by Tiburon's business customers to ask questions about their work by text message. Each reply contains an answer drawn from the approved documents for the technician's job, an image of the cited page and a link to the source document. The Program number is (888) 621-8665.
The Program is available only to individuals whose employer has registered their mobile number with Tiburon. A message from an unregistered number receives a single reply explaining how to be registered and no further messages.
Your employer registers your mobile number and provides you with the Program number and these terms. You enroll by sending the first message to the Program number; Tiburon does not initiate conversations. Your first message constitutes your consent to receive replies. Tiburon confirms enrollment with the following message:
Tiburon Labs: You're connected to the Tiburon crew line. Text a question about your job and get the answer with its source page. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
Tiburon sends messages only in reply to messages you send. Frequency varies with the number of questions you ask. The Program does not send marketing, promotional or recurring messages.
Tiburon does not charge for the Program. Message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages. To re-enroll, reply START.
Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at info@tiburonlabs.ai. The help reply reads:
Tiburon Labs crew line: text a question about your job and get the answer with its source page. Support: tiburonlabs.ai/sms. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
A technician sends:
What's required before starting work under QWP-003 for material submittals?
Tiburon replies:
Per QWP-003, article 4.1.1, all required submittals must be approved before the work starts. QWP-003, page 6. See it: https://app.tiburonlabs.ai/m/…
The Program is available on major wireless carriers in the United States and Canada. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Tiburon uses your mobile number and message content solely to operate the Program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Tiburon may amend these terms. Amendments take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Program after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
